has this special tyre/rubber marking ink which is used for marking on various types of Tyres, Tubes, rubber parts, etc. for identification. This Tyre Marking ink ( for OVER PRINTING / High Point Marking / Coding the Liner ) is extensively used in the tyre/rubber industry for identification and code marking and consistency checking (inner) & for QC purpose.
- Consistent ink viscosity for best marking quality.
- Opague marking ink with Non-Staining qualities.
- Disposable ink –non toxic in nature.
- Thicker inks for brighter, clearly defined spots.
- Available in various colors and shades.
Color, Viscosity and brightness parameters:
The PIC Rubber marking ink has the specific bright and light colors which are purposefully light to show up on dark rubber surfaces beautifully and very clearly. Colors readily available are WHITE /YELLOW/ PINK/ GREEN/RED/BLUE. These marking inks are UV Resistant and has a free flow viscosity of 18-20 and can be customized for thinner/thicker grade as per requirement. We also offer Diluter with the ink that helps in maintaining the consistency and works as a reducer for application purpose and also give mileage to the ink in the long run.
Adhesion and drying quality:
These Tyre marking inks are have excellent adhesion as it is made from very stronger, higher adhesive synthetic resins which give better bond quality. We have three type of drying types: FAST DRY (dry within 5-6 secs), MEDIUM DRY (dry within 12-14 seconds) and SLOW DRY ( dry between 22-25 secs).
Application of Size markings:
There are various forms of tyre size/dimensions marking and these differ in order to differentiate between tyre types. The size markings should be treated the same as a part number on a vehicle, so the motorist should ensure that the tyres on his vehicle carry the precise markings indicated in the vehicle handbook or are an approved alternative fitment. For this PIC has a specific stamping system with numbers and alphabets for stamping on the surface using the PIC Rubber marking inks. Application of Service description:
All tyres destined for commercial vehicles will be marked with a “Service Description” located near to the tyre size marking. This consists of a code which indicates operating limits of load and speed and includes a “load index” for which the PIC - TYRE Marking ink is most suitable.
